Tax Senior

Location: Saltmarsh – hybrid and remote options with offices in Pensacola, Tampa, and Orlando.
Compensation: $90,000–$115,000 (subject to experience).

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
• Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing training and performance feedback.
• Conduct tax research and stay current on tax law changes.
• Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated client service.
• Identify opportunities for tax planning and consulting.
• Support business development efforts through networking and client outreach.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm (local, regional, or national).
• CPA license, CPA eligibility, or active pursuit of CPA certification preferred.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple engagements.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and interest in team development.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CCH Engagement, CCH Axcess, Quick Books, Microsoft Office Suite.
