Position: Premium Audit Auditor II

Premium Audit Auditor II

Join Zurich North America as a Premium Audit Auditor II and play a vital role in ensuring our premium audit processes are accurate, efficient, and compliant across a diverse geographic footprint.

Key Accountabilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage assigned workload and territory.
  • Provide timely and accurate service to insured, agents, and internal business partners to complete the audit process on moderately complex risks.
  • Provide information and feedback to enhance communication flow and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure audited exposures are accurately calculated.
  • Resolve potential disputes or questions arising from the auditing function.
  • Assist in training new auditors as needed.
  • Offer technical advice that enables customers to solve problems or improve business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Anticipate customer needs and provide trend feedback to recommend changes.
  • Escalate technical issues within the function or unit.
  • Listen and understand needs, providing feedback for process, service, or product improvements.
  • Participate in short-term defined scope projects.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years in Casualty Premium Audit OR
  • High School Diploma/Equivalent with 7+ years in Casualty Premium Audit OR
  • Zurich-approved Apprenticeship Program with an Associate Degree and 5+ years in Casualty Premium Audit, AND
  • Experience with laptop computer auditing and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of NCCI Workers Compensation and ISO General Liability rules, manuals, and industry practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certifications such as APA or CPCU.
  • Large, multi‑state premium audit experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Compensation & Benefits

The proposed salary range for this position is $64,600.00 – $, with short‑term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%. Additional rewards may include merit increases and incentive bonuses. For more information about total rewards, please refer to our Career Rewards page.

Location & Work Arrangement

Open to candidates across all U.S. states with a preference for virtual office or remote work. Remote working is enabled.

Schedule:

Full‑time, 40 hours per week.
