Director, Executive Search | Accounting & Finance | Vaco

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of a growing company. This role will report directly to the Controller and play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, and supporting project accounting across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger, month-end close, and preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate job costing, billing, and revenue recognition
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external audit requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting software
