If you are highly motivated with business tax preparation experience, excellent communication skills, and an active, unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we need you to help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax Business products.

The successful candidate will manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations. Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations, along with significant experience in preparing and filing business and personal tax returns, is required.

• At least 3 years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season, using commercial tax software.
• Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
• Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with at least 30 returns per year.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across three or more days.
• Bookkeeping experience (preferred).
• Experience preparing business tax returns for service industry clients (preferred).
• Ability to obtain any necessary state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Commitment to at least 20 hours/week, with 4-hour shift increments during tax season.
• Knowledge of Circular 230.
• Proficiency with technology and software.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection meeting security criteria.

• Assist customers in completing their taxes using Turbo Tax products, providing sound advice and timely service.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Use government websites, resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers in understandable language.
• Interact professionally via video and document interactions accurately.
