What does a Premium Auditor do?

Our field auditors meet with clients onsite, virtually, or via phone at the end of the policy period to review business operations, financial records, and verify class codes as required by insurance contracts.

  • Submit reports via our web portal and proprietary software
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Examine payroll and tax records of businesses
  • Evaluate operational practices
  • Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
Qualifications:
  • Must reside in the specified geographic area
  • Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is helpful but not required
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Numbers-oriented with analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions
