Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the portfolio planning and product management of CERTIUM Service and CERTIUM Locate, to ensure stable, recurring, and profitable revenues for R&S.
- You serve as the key interface between sales and product development, aligning ATC customer needs with innovative product offerings
- You shape the product and pricing strategies as well as define the go-to market strategy and business planning
- You analyze customer requirements and global market trends to ensure market fit and guide the product through its lifecycle
- You create product roadmaps, define features and performance specs, and prioritize development in close collaboration with R&D
- You drive marketing campaigns, support sales with training and proposals, and represent the portfolio at trade shows, demos, and webinars
- You have a degree in telecommunications/engineering, computer science or a business-related field and have a high technical affinity
- You have experience in product management (at least 2 years’ experience) and expertise in the development of product requirements, business development or sales of ATC communication systems.
- You have knowledge of the product lifecycle management of innovative solution and in the launch of new products and systems. Experience on the customer side in the conceptual design of ATC solutions will be an added advantage
- You have in-depth knowledge of the market and requirements in civil/military air traffic control (ATC/AD)
- You are able to take strategic responsibility for entire product lines, with goal-oriented, independent, structured, and results-driven work approach
- You enjoy acting as a liaison between sales and development and working out solutions based on complex requirements. Excellent communication skills and intercultural competencies complement your profile.
- You are strived by own initiative and enjoy independent way of working
- You are willing to travel worldwide extensively and adapt to cultural differences
- Knowledge of SAP ERP and BI desirable (Gloris, PIM/PAM, Sales Web is a plus)
- Proficiency in English and German skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
