Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Berlin and help shape the future of business messaging and AI‑powered customer engagement. This is a career‑defining opportunity to lead a world‑class team of engineers, designers, and researchers to deliver products that touch millions of people every day.
Responsibilities- Be responsible for a significant product area or lead a major project.
- Deeply understand customer problems through research, data, and direct interactions, and frame those problems clearly for the team.
- Manage the roadmap—defining what should be built, when, and why—and communicate it to generate alignment and excitement.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to imagine, build, and ship solutions, from bold future visions to focused iterations.
- Leverage AI to increase efficiency, accelerate product development, and multiply team impact.
- Evaluate impact through quantitative and qualitative measures, in beta and post‑release.
- Own and maintain product quality, ensuring every release delivers world‑class software.
- Collaborate with peers across the business to align on GTM strategy and execution, and get hands‑on as needed.
- Lead by role‑modeling our company values and R&D principles.
- Customer focus and problem framing—independently understand, define, and articulate complex customer problems using data and qualitative inputs.
- Compelling roadmaps—define, communicate, and excite around feature roadmaps.
- Excellent product judgment—balance customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
- Build world‑class products—collaborate with engineering and design to ship effective solutions quickly, leveraging AI to accelerate the process.
- AI & LLM expertise—understand AI systems, assess feasibility and trade‑offs, and make informed product decisions.
- Technical fluency—engage engineers and customers on the modern tech stack, from APIs to low‑code tooling.
- Outcome orientation—define, fight for, and share progress against customer and business impact.
- Leadership—excellent communication, high ownership, and the ability to influence and drive alignment.
