* ** 10+ years of business development or consulting experience
** in the financial industry.
* ** Fluency in English** (fluency in an Eastern European language is a plus).
* Knowledge of banking, corporate cash management, and SWIFT’s product ecosystem.
* Proven ability to communicate, present, and network at senior levels.
* A university degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
* A confident, flexible, and resilient mindset with a passion for excellence.
