Responsibilities

As Head of Sales Europe, you will be responsible to create and grow the buyer side of the marketplace, including acquiring new powder customers in the European market. You establish a sustainable, profitable business pipeline and pursue common goals for the future. This is your chance to prove yourself as an experienced sales leader and deal with varied challenges.

Your initial tasks will include:

  • Strategic development of the European powder market
  • Analyse the metal powder market to determine the best sales and market opportunities
  • Analysing customer needs and generate new opportunities and handle all aspects of the sales process
  • Business development: generally responsible for acquiring new customers as well as building long term business relationships
  • Grow your network; research prospective clients using web and social media, internal databases, and external tools to identify leads
  • Representing us at key industry events, conferences, and exhibitions
Qualifications
  • Sales / Business development experience:
    Strong knowledge of sales techniques, processes and customer behaviour that can deliver successful results.
  • Understanding the Industry: Understanding the metal powder market, industry and competition to make informed decisions and develop successful strategies.
  • Large network in the field of metal powder or additive manufacturing
  • Interest and passion of industrial manufacturing utilising Additive Manufacturing or Powder Metallurgy
  • A background from the metal industry or metal powder sector with experience of Additive Manufacturing is highly advantageous.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • High degree of independent work.
  • On-site customer meetings in Europe + frequent traveling
