• Successfully completed commercial or technical training, ideally in a sales-related environment or equivalent by experience
• Distinctive customer orientation combined with a professional manner towards business partners and the ability to work in a team
• Independent and structured way of working as well as a high degree of initiative
• Experience with in the chemical industry, preferably with Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants and Elastomers (CASE) is beneficial
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Knowledge in SAP R/3 Modul SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) are beneficial
• Good written and spoken Dutch, French and English

• Responsibility for the frictionless process of the ongoing support and acquisition of customers and suppliers
• Independent coordination of the strategic development of new markets and the conclusion of sales contracts
• Independent calculation of sales prices based on our purchase prices and the current market situation
• Responsibility for complaint management
• Reports to management on activity, performance reports and annual territory analyses
• Planning and organizing customer trips, seminars, events and exhibitions
• Managing the order- and delivery process and acting as a backup for logistics if required
