Our Commercial teams play a key role in shaping how customers experience Shiftmove. They work closely with decision-makers across small, mid-sized, and larger organisations to understand their challenges and help them unlock value through our platform. Depending on the team and market, our sales roles may involve:

  • Engaging with prospects and customers to understand their business and operational needs
  • Advising customers on solutions that create measurable value
  • Running product conversations and demonstrations across our portfolio
  • Managing opportunities end-to-end and collaborating with cross-functional partners
  • Building long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and results
  • Contributing to go-to-market strategy, process improvements, and customer feedback loops
