For our team in Krefeld we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) Construction Machinery in Spain covering excavators, AWP, wheel loaders, cranes, pavers and more. You will be a core role to search for potential clients and provide professional technical instruction and services. You will be supported by the rest of the team.

• Establish a dealer network of construction machinery in Spain, carry out sales and promotions, and reach monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain good coordination with dealers, give guidance and support in their sales, marketing, and service. Coordinate with technical team to provide training for dealers and customers.
• Maintain a direct connection with key clients and major rental companies.
• Provide periodic market reports covering up-to-date market information, channel development analysis, sales analysis, customer feedback, and product promotion suggestions.

• At least 3 years of experience in the construction machinery industry in the Spain market.
• Professional communication, business negotiation skills, good interpersonal skills, and organizational coordination ability.
• Excellent ability to acquire new customers.
• Appreciation for cultural differences and diversity.
• Very good Spanish language skills and other European languages.
• Outstanding skills in MS-Office.
• Willingness to travel widely through Spain, occasionally worldwide.
• Driving license is a plus.
