Alfa Docs is looking for Inside Sales professionals eager to manage the full sales cycle, close deals, and grow rapidly in a dynamic and meritocratic environment. Our goal is to significantly improve the healthcare sector in a completely new way: a software platform that transforms the daily lives of medical practices and patients.
Each Alfa begins their journey with a fixed-term contract of 1 year, with the aim of renewing to an indefinite term and continuing a long path of growth within our organization.
Location:Dachauer Strasse 17, 80335Munich
Full Time:Monday - Friday | 09:00 - 18:00 | 1-hour lunch break
Hybrid Mode:60% office, 40% home office - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Start Date:3rd March 2025 or 7th April 2025
Offered Salary (gross):46K-51K OTE (on target earnings)
Trial Period:6 months
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from the first contact to closing the deal.
- Take full ownership of your pipeline and sales strategies to convert leads into customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide the best solutions for healthcare professionals.
- Unlock real growth opportunities based on your performance and results.
- Play a key role in achieving Alfa Docs' ambitious goals and contributing directly to our success.
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or healthcare.
- Native Italian speaker with fluent English.
- Highly results-driven with a structured and strategic approach.
- Competitive mindset but thrives in a team-oriented environment.
- Passionate about technology and innovation.
- Based in Munich or willing to relocate.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the SaaS or healthcare sector (dental practices, hospitals, etc.).
- Knowledge of Hub Spot CRM.
- Comfortable with cold-calling and skilled at turning a "no" into a "yes."
