The Opportunity:Lead Strategic Growth in Experiential Marketing
We are seeking a driven and proactive Experiential Marketing Sales Director to spearhead sales and strategic business development for our Experiential & Live Events division. This is a senior, remote role perfect for a sales leader who thrives on building relationships, crafting high‑impact strategies, and delivering world‑class brand experiences.

Core Responsibilities:What You Will Do
- Create and implement comprehensive sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Proactively identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients to broaden service scope.
- Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Secure and respond to qualified RFP opportunities, serving as the key liaison between clients and our internal experiential teams.
- Utilize Hub Spot CRM to maintain an accurate, healthy sales pipeline and provide weekly performance reporting.
- Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance market presence.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of measurable success in sales or business development within the event and experiential marketing space.
- Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies, understand market trends, and use data to drive decisions.
- Established history of networking, client retention, and organic revenue growth through trusted partnerships.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to interface effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Hub Spot), Microsoft Office Suite, and a strong ability to work independently in a remote setting.
