Test Engineer; m|f|d Mobile Applications and Audio Streaming Devices

Your future responsibilities will primarily include development-accompanying testing as well as conducting acceptance and regression tests of the Teufel mobile apps for Android and iOS in combination with our streaming devices. You will work with developers, project coordinators, and suppliers to optimize development processes.

• Timely execution of manual tests for individual development stages, taking into account supplier production phases and other critical deadlines
• Detailed reporting and tracking of bugs, as well as coordinating them with relevant departments
• Creation and maintenance of test cases and test plans to efficiently conduct both internal and external tests (e.g., via crowd testing service providers)
• Preparation, planning, and management of acceptance and regression tests
• Supporting the optimization of software development processes and improving testing procedures through feedback and best practices

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in software testing of mobile apps and connected consumer electronics
• Experience with bug reporting tools such as JIRA and test management tools like Testrail, Testmo, or similar
• Experience in testing HTTP APIs is a plus
• Analytical skills in both software debugging and software development processes
• Team player with clear communication skills in both German and English
• ISTQB certification or equivalent knowledge is advantageous
