Software Engineer Phone

As a Software Engineer Phone, you are responsible for implementing the telephony components of the botario platform. You will develop new features for the botario telephone module and support customer instances.

• A successfully completed university degree or a comparable education
• Very good programming skills in Python, with experience in multi-threading, multi-process control, and parallel computing
• Experience working with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Solution-oriented thinking and an analytical, structured approach to problem-solving
• Teamwork skills and familiarity with agile methods
• Professional experience in software development is preferred
• Independent working style and passion for AI
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken

• Support the development of our telephony systems, working with cloud services (Google, AWS, etc.) and Asterisk
• Develop connections to customer environments as needed
• Maintain ongoing operations of customer systems in second-level support for telephony
• Create new connectors for external telephony-related services
