Fullstack Engineer; f​/m​/d

As a Fullstack Engineer (f/m/d) at shyftplan, you will be part of a highly motivated international team with a strong ambition for solving our customers’ problems. You will be extending, maintaining, and improving our core business logic and UI to make it available  will closely collaborate with our internal teams to deliver a high-quality user experience:

• Extend, maintain, and enhance our core business logic and UI to make it work at scale.
• Close collaboration with the frontend and product teams within the Scrum framework to deliver a high-quality user experience.
• Create new features and improve existing ones in our web and mobile applications.
• Utilizing modern technologies in the application development process and self-studying.
• Contributing to architectural decisions with scalability in mind.

• 3+ years of experience in application development.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails (8).
• Experience with a modern UI framework (Vue3 or React).
• Knowledge of continuous deployment and integration practices.
• Experience in identifying and resolving potential performance bottlenecks.
• Good understanding of modern API design practices and standards.
• Proficient in writing automated tests.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
