• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java/Kotlin code with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within development and deployment processes.
• Perform deep analysis and debugging of complex software issues to ensure system stability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to deliver new features for a high-performance trading platform.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or comparable qualification).
• Strong experience in Kotlin, Java, Graph
  
  QL, Docker, Spring Boot, AWS, Terraform
  .
• Analytical mindset with both technical and product awareness
  .
• Excellent communication skills tailored to engineering, product, or stakeholder audiences.
• Passion for clean, testable, and well-documented code
  .
• Knowledge of domain-driven design, distributed architectures, or microservices is a plus.
• Fluent English required;
  German skills advantageous.
• Previous experience in financial services is a strong plus.
