Overview

Your mission - Improve our game. Develop new mechanics and improve the existing features, based on your Unity3D/C# knowledge.

• Improve our game by developing new mechanics and enhancing existing features, based on Unity3D/C# knowledge.
• Collaborate with experts across departments (Art, Game Design, Backend) to shape a great gaming experience for our players.
• Make it work: ensure high product quality by applying automated tests, using profiling tools, and collaborating with engineers, including QA specialists.
• Make it fun: create exciting gameplay, improve visual feedback loops, and usability of the game.
• Think outside the box: foster knowledge sharing, give feedback, share best practices and high-level standards.
• Find technical solutions: create tools and workflows to optimize interdisciplinary work of your team.

• Unity Game Developer with 3+ years of professional game development experience.
• Software Engineering: knowledge of software patterns, object-oriented programming and writing clean, readable and maintainable code.
• High-quality focus: responsible for the quality of your implementation/feature, comfortable adding automated tests, and experienced in debugging and profiling your code.
• AI passion: experience and interest in using agentic AI and generative AI in development.
• Communicative team player: eager to share technical knowledge, give and take feedback, discuss solutions in a team, and learn from peers.
• Open-minded: confident working in a multicultural environment with a diverse team using English as a preferred language.
