As a Senior Expert in Product Development Software (gn), you are responsible for the establishment and further development of our technology-driven software product development area.

• You take on the design and implementation of a new, innovative software development area with a focus on SaaS products for our customers.
• You develop a clear vision and strategy for the product development area.
• You lead an interdisciplinary, international agile software development team as well as an external development team with more than 20 employees.
• You ensure the scalability of applications and organizational processes and also take responsibility for successful product development.
• You manage collaboration with external service providers, including contract negotiations, invoice verification, and budget responsibility.
• You work closely with technically oriented stakeholders and coordinate with them.
• Preparing communication and decision templates for various target groups rounds off your range of tasks.

We are looking for a Senior Expert in Product Development Software (gn) with the following skills:

• Leading teams in agile software development is nothing new to you, and you also have the ability to motivate and lead interdisciplinary teams.
• You have knowledge in project management and resource planning, as well as the ability to estimate resources, time, and scope.
• You have experience in designing scalable and robust SaaS solutions.
• You have already gained knowledge in selecting suitable technologies and frameworks.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, data storage, logging and monitoring, as well as security and compliance of cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure or another provider, rounds off your profile.
