As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you’ll design and scale the core technology behind The Flex—powering instant bookings, intelligent access, automated workflows, and predictive operations. You’ll work across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, transforming complex operational challenges into elegant, scalable systems.

• Build the Engine
  :
  Develop fast, reliable, and scalable applications that power bookings, payments, availability, and guest experience.
• Automate at Scale
  :
  Design microservices and AI-driven workflows that replace manual tasks across the business.
• Connect the Ecosystem
  :
  Architect high-impact integrations between Base
  360.ai and partners such as Airbnb, Stripe, Hostaway, and Twilio.
• Launch & Iterate Fast
  :
  Deploy and manage serverless infrastructure (AWS) with a relentless focus on speed, reliability, and global scale.
• Solve Hard Problems
  :
  Tackle real-time booking sync, pricing intelligence, keyless access logic, AI-powered alerts, and live operational dashboards.
• Build With the Team
  :
  Collaborate closely with product, data, and operations to turn automation ideas into real-world impact.

• Strong experience with Node.js, React, and AWS (serverless)
• A deep understanding of API-first architectures and distributed systems
• Experience with Python/FastAPI for scripting, automation, or data services (bonus)
• A track record of building clean, scalable, production-ready systems
• Curiosity about automation, AI-driven operations, and property technology
• A bias toward execution — you ship fast, learn quickly, and enjoy solving complex problems
