• Implement core services for the platform in .NET 8+ running in Docker containers
• Develop features from DB to the APIs
• Ensure the platform remains scalable and the code base is maintainable
• Proactively monitor services in production and spot potential issues
• Cover code with unit and end‑to‑end tests to maintain quality
• Collaborate in an open, agile team where your voice has a company‑wide impact

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in software engineering with relevant programming experience
• Proficiency in .NET backend development, including Kafka (or equivalents), AWS, Docker, ECS/Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL
• Experience using AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Amazon Code Whisperer)
• Growth mindset toward exploring new AI technologies
• Nice to have:
  Kafka real‑time processing, AWS/Docker Dev Ops workflows, Postgre
  
  SQL optimizations
• Ability to break down large epics into smaller issues
• Experience with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS concepts
• Experience with microservices architecture and asynchronous message‑based communication
• Fluent English communication;
