Our client is seeking a Senior Lead Quality Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital service solutions through robust testing strategies, end-to-end quality oversight, and collaborative engagement within an agile, cross-functional environment. This role plays a critical part in shaping and maintaining high testing standards, driving both manual and automated quality practices, and coaching team members to elevate overall quality maturity.

• Develop, maintain, and communicate clear test strategies, test plans, and test cases
• Execute manual and automated testing across end-to-end flows
• Ensure comprehensive test reporting, including risks, status, and results, with proactive communication to stakeholders
• Take full ownership of quality assurance across the lifecycle—not limited to test execution, but ensuring E2E flow integrity
• Co-create and continuously refine the testing strategy with the broader team rather than working in isolation
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks
• Use modern test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or comparable solutions)
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines where applicable
• Ensure frameworks support regression, E2E, and scenario-based validation
• Partner effectively with product owners, developers, architects, and other quality engineers in an agile setup
• Transparently communicate challenges, blockers, and availability
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level team members on testing methods, quality mindset, and automation principles
• Work effectively in an intercultural environment, adapting communication and collaboration styles

• Proven ability to create comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases
• Strong experience in manual functional testing
• Hands-on experience in automated testing and maintaining test automation suites
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
• Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation frameworks
• Solid understanding of end-to-end testing practices
• Ability to produce clear, meaningful test reporting
