Legal Counsel (m/f/d) – Renewable Energy / Projects

Location: Berlin (remote working available)

This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding legal function and play a key role in the development and execution of large‑scale renewable energy projects across multiple jurisdictions.

You will act as a legal partner to the business on complex, international energy projects, supporting the full project lifecycle.

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating EPC contracts (Not essential)
• Advising on renewable energy project development and execution
• Supporting commercial contracts related to energy infrastructure
• Working closely with internal stakeholders, project teams and external counsel
• Exposure to regulatory and project finance interfaces

• Fully qualified lawyer with good Staatsexamen results
• 2–6 years of professional experience
  , gained in a law firm or in‑house
• Background in energy law, project finance, or commercial contracts in renewable energies
• EPC contract experience is preferred
• Commercial, pragmatic mindset and interest in working in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment

• High degree of ownership and responsibility
• Remote working flexibility with a Berlin base
