We are seeking an innovative, experienced, highly skilled Success Factors Talent & Recruiting Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and administrating Success Factors Talent:
Performance & Goals, Succession & Development. If you are passionate about talent processes, SAP technologies, and delighting customers with creative approaches,

• Empower clients with expert advice on HR processes and the seamless technical and functional implementation of SAP Success Factors, specializing in the talent processes including Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation Management, Learning Management and talent related Platform features.
• Analyze business requirements, identify gaps and recommend best practices to turn them into effective Success Factors Talent processes.
• Lead projects from scoping to requirements gathering to configuration and testing, deployment and go-live.
• Unleash your expertise by analyzing, consulting, designing, and implementing cutting-edge HR business process applications.
• Lead engaging training sessions and hands-on workshops.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a consultant in Success Factors Talent Management.
• Proven experience in Success Factors Performance & Goals and Succession Management.
• Knowledge of HR processes, best practices, with a focus on Talent Management as a minimum.
• Experience in Platform features, integration, reporting and analytics experience is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
• Ambitious, eager to learn, strongly customer-oriented, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel.
