* * is currently looking for a passionate and hands-on E-Commerce Manager to join our Team, based in Berlin, Germany.

* About the role:

** As E-Commerce Manager you are responsible for overseeing and driving our online revenue growth by optimizing the sales channel, improving customer journeys, and executing data-driven strategies. This role works closely with other teams to scale and deliver seamless end-to-end e-commerce experience.
** Responsibilities:
** Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer experience.

* Required Skills:

** + 5 years of experience as an E-Commerce manager or in a similar role

Experience with web analytics tools and knowledge of marketing channels and platforms Excellent analytical skills, strategical thinking, and data-driven decision making

Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimizations Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills

Strong problem-solving skills and a bias towards action
