Senior Project Manager

In this pivotal role, you will drive the development, management, and execution of international investment and business development projects – from the first assessment to full integration. By doing so, you will make a significant contribution to the global growth strategy of the EP Power Minerals Group.

What you will do

• Lead and manage international transactions and projects across all phases – from target screening to post-merger integration
• Build and apply advanced financial models to assess potential investment opportunities and synergy potential
• Analyze and evaluate financial statements of potential targets, assessing economic position, profitability, and future cash flow potential
• Lead due diligence and risk assessment processes in collaboration with internal teams and external experts (advisors, legal, financial, etc.)
• Conduct market analyses and identify strategic acquisition opportunities to support long-term, sustainable growth
• Negotiate and close transactions while navigating regulatory and industry-specific requirements
• Manage complex investment and operational projects, coordinating with external stakeholders and local partners
• Support the integration and operational steering of acquired businesses
• Perform ad-hoc analyses for both ongoing projects and subsidiaries to improve operational performance

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Several years of professional experience in Investment, M&A, Business Development, or Project Management
• Strong background in financial modeling, company valuation, and due diligence
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, combined with a passion for complex projects
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in an international environment
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage
