Customer Care & Personal Shopping Teamlead
for one of our international clients in the luxury online fashion retailer field in Munich.

• Manage 5-8 Personal Shoppers directly.
• Set sales and service standards for customer-facing teams.
• Drive sales and loyalty through optimized customer relationships.
• Achieve year-on-year sales growth aligned with business targets.
• Inspire and motivate teams with strong leadership and support.
• Develop new tools to enhance team performance and customer experience; ensure successful rollout.
• Build relationships with buying & merchandising teams to maximize commercial opportunities.
• Provide feedback to buying teams on customer demand and influence decisions.
• Collaborate with CX and other teams to improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to Distribution Centre management to enhance TC service levels.
• Work with VP/Director/Head of Personal Shopping and other team leaders to implement TC and Personal Services

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from sales reports.
• Results-driven leader with a proven ability to inspire sales through exceptional service.
• Natural leader, people-oriented, energetic, and driven.
• Genuine interest in improving customer service standards and a deep understanding of luxury consumers.
• Demonstrated customer-centric approach with excellent service and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for and in-depth knowledge of luxury fashion and its lifecycle.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Tech-savvy.
• Fluent in written and spoken English
