A well-established, internationally active consumer goods company is strengthening its Supply Chain function throughout 2026. Demand Planning is a strategic priority for the business, and this role sits right at the centre of that journey.

• Own the monthly demand planning and forecasting cycle across a complex FMCG portfolio
• Analyse sales history, seasonality, promotions, and new product assumptions
• Identify risks and opportunities and translate insights into clear action plans
• Contribute to the development and rollout of S&OP processes
• Monitor inventory and availability, flagging critical and slow-moving items early
• Track forecast accuracy and planning KPIs, driving continuous improvement
• Convert agreed forecasts into supplier orders and follow up on delivery performance
• Prepare concise, decision‑ready analyses for senior management

• Experience in Demand Planning within FMCG
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence handling large SKU portfolios
• SAP-based planning experience (S/4
  
  HANA a plus)
• Business-oriented approach and strong stakeholder collaboration skills
• Fluent German and English
• Willingness to be on-site in Düsseldorf around 50%, with flexible home working
