• Recollection Strategy & Forecasting – Develop global strategies for efficient asset retrieval, anticipate volumes based on retailer trends, grower needs, and seasonal fluctuations.
• Reverse Logistics & Rebalancing – Optimize transportation flows for recollection, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations, and coordinate redistribution to balance regional supply and demand.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration – Build strong relationships with retailers and customers, while aligning closely with operations, transportation, sales, and planning teams.
• Performance & Continuous Improvement – Track KPIs such as recollection rates, turnaround times, and asset utilization; identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Technology & Risk Management – Leverage advanced supply chain tools, IoT tracking, and analytics to enhance planning and execution; proactively mitigate disruptions and develop contingency plans for peak seasons or unforeseen challenges.

• Educational Background – Master’s degree (MSc) in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or Statistics.
• Professional Experience – Several years in Supply Chain (Demand, Supply, Inventory Planning) including S&OP design, implementation, and execution; with a few years hands‑on in Demand / Recollections Planning.
• Supply Chain & Recollections Expertise – Proven experience in developing and managing recollection plans across multiple regions / markets, ideally in a global context.
• Reverse Logistics & Asset Management – Solid understanding of asset retrieval, redistribution, inventory management, and utilization.
• Leadership & Collaboration – Ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams internationally; resilient, energetic, and communicative.
• Analytical & Problem‑Solving Skills – Structured, data‑driven, with creative thinking to solve complex supply chain challenges.
• Language Skills – Fluent in English, any additional language is welcome and considered a plus.
