In this role, you’ll oversee the delivery of complex projects, ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. We don’t just want to deliver anything – we want to deliver the optimal solutions we’d use ourselves.

• Lead and manage our delivery teams for Atlassian and Dev Ops projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery and delighted customers.
• Define and implement delivery processes and best practices across multiple teams and locations, embedding our AI-first approach.
• Collaborate with sales and consulting to scope and plan projects that meet client needs.
• Mentor and coach our consultants and engineers, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Represent the delivery organisation in leadership meetings, providing insights and strategies for scaling and growth.
• Work closely with product, marketing and operations to align delivery capabilities with business goals and leverage AI for better outcomes.

• A degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or a comparable qualification.
• 5+ years of experience in consulting or delivery management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in IT or software.
• Deep knowledge of Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence) and Dev Ops principles.
• Demonstrated expertise (3–6 months) in using AI tools to enhance processes or projects.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing distributed teams across EMEA.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities; able to build trust with clients and teams.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Interest in AI technologies and a desire to leverage them to improve delivery processes.
