• Develop ETL processes, data pipelines, data storage and retrieval processes for banks, asset managers, and stock exchanges.
• Put Machine Learning & Data Science into practice – test, optimize, and implement smart algorithms for analysis and predictions.
• Deliver Smart AI & LLM solutions for financial institutions – engineer, test and scale smart Agentic AI flows
• Bring your expertise in modern cloud technologies and guide our clients through their digital transformation journey.
• Help clients make data-driven decisions and create strategies to optimize their business processes using Big Data and AI.
• Stay on top of market trends and tech advancements in Data Engineering, AI & Advanced Analytics. Host workshops, training sessions, and presentations to share your knowledge and spark new ideas.
• Degree
  :
  In Financial or Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field – a Master’s, MBA, or PhD is a plus.
• Several years of experience in the financial industry
  :
  You have hands-on experience with AI, Data Science, Big Data, or Data Engineering.
• Strong programming skills
  :
  Python is your go-to, and additional coding skills are a bonus.
• Experience with databases and data processing
  :
  You’re fluent in databases (SQL/No
  
  SQL), and you know your way around data warehousing tools like Amazon Redshift, Google Big Query, or Snowflake.
• Data Expert
  :
  You can build ETL processes and data pipelines using tools like Airflow. You’re also familiar with Big Data frameworks like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka – and you use Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
• AI is more than a buzzword
  :
  You actively experiment with AI/ML-libraries like Scikit-learn, Langchain and Transformer models.
• Cloud expertise
  :
  You have hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google – ideally in the regulated financial market.
• Fluent in German and English
  :
  You can explain complex topics – whether technical or regulatory – in a way that’s easy to understand for various stakeholders.
• Forward-thinking and solution-oriented
