Senior Product Manager; d​/f​/m - Agentic AI

4flow software develops a range of global standard software products for logistics and transportation planning that can be applied across all industries. The integrated planning approach of our software products ranges from the long-term optimization of network structures to the short-term optimization of transportation capacity utilization. In addition, planning results can be combined with transportation processing and accounting for integrated transportation management.

Here, you will drive the evolution of supply chain software tailored to European regulatory and operational contexts.

What your new challenge will look like

Define and evolve the product strategy for agentic AI systems.

Collaborate with AI researchers, engineers and designers to build scalable and ethical AI solutions.

Translate technical concepts into clear product requirements and development goals.

Ensure compliance with the EU AI Act and promote ethical AI practices.

Conduct user research to validate agent behavior and improve usability.

Monitor performance metrics and iterate based on feedback and model outputs.

Advocate for agentic AI internally and externally.

Why you belong at 4flow

You bring at least 6 years of experience in product management with a strong background in AI / ML and have a degree in computer science, AI or a related field.

You have deep expertise in agentic AI, LLMs, and autonomous systems and knowledge of the EU AI Act and ethical AI development practices.

You are experienced in leading cross-functional teams in AI environments.

You are a strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills, curious and experimental.
