Your mission as an Teamlead ERP D365 Operations (m/f/d)As Teamlead ERP D365 Operations you will lead and develop a team of ERP D365 Operations Product Experts while acting as the senior ERP specialist for solution design and delivery. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing ERP D365 Operations deployments, resource allocation and release management to ensure high‑quality solutions that align with business needs and organisational standards.
Your mission is to drive the success of ERP D365 Operations solutions by combining leadership with hands‑on technical expertise. You will oversee the design, implementation and optimisation of Dynamics 365 Operations‑based processes ensuring compliance with CWS Hygiene standards. Acting as the key escalation point and quality gate for D365 Operations‑related initiatives you will foster collaboration and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Whatelse will you be doing as a Teamlead ERP D365 Operations (m/f/d)
- Leading and coaching a team of six ERP Product Experts promoting collaboration and professional growth.
- Acting as senior ERP expert for Dynamics 365 and related applications validating end‑to‑end business processes.
- Planning and coordinating ERP deployments and release cycles ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Managing resource and capacity planning prioritising change requests and support tickets.
- Serving as the primary escalation point for complex ERP issues and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Overseeing supplier and partner management related to ERP products and managing effective 2nd and 3rd level support.
- Maintaining structured release documentation and ensuring compliance with CWS Hygiene processes and Dynamics 365 best practices.

Qualifications- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science or Business Administration (Masters preferred)
- Certified and/or experienced in agile methodologies and functional design
- 10 years of experience working with ERP systems primarily Dynamics 365 F&O
- Proven track record of technical and architectural expertise in D365 F&O
- Experience managing a medium‑sized team of specialists
- Strong knowledge of resource planning, release management and ERP deployment processes
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
