• Lead testing and teams:
  Assume the role of test manager and lead a testing team, developing and improving testing processes and procedures.
• Resource planning:
  Determine the testing resource needs, justify them to stakeholders, and estimate the effort required for testing activities.
• Reporting and operational testing:
  Provide appropriate reports on progress and software quality, and support operational testing.
• Stakeholder consultation:
  Assist with questions and decisions related to software quality and testing measures.
• Risk management support:
  Play an active role in risk assessment and control within projects.

• Educational background:
  Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Experience in software testing and test management:
  At least five years in software testing, with two years in test management.
• Methodological expertise:
  Extensive practical knowledge of testing methods and procedures.
• Leadership experience:
  Proven experience in leading teams and demonstrating assertiveness.
• Language skills:
  Fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English (at least B2 level).
