ROLE

• Shape change: You support agile transformation processes as a SAFe expert in exciting projects and promote continuous improvements to guide our clients towards an agile and future-oriented approach.
• Advise and support: Collaborate with leading companies across various industries to meet their individual requirements and develop tailored solutions. Your expertise helps implement the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), build agile teams and structures, optimize value flow, and increase effectiveness in software development and product innovation.
• Implement and optimize: You implement agile practices and processes in complex projects to foster team collaboration and shorten time-to-market for innovative products.
• Train and coach: Convey agile knowledge to employees and managers, embedding agile principles through training and coaching.
• Eliminate impediments: Recognize challenges and bottlenecks in agile processes and develop and support the implementation of solutions.
• Focus on improvements: Monitor the success of agile initiatives to drive continuous improvement and ensure sustainable change.

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid knowledge: You hold a degree in computer science, business informatics, vehicle technology, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification, with solid knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its application, lean-agile principles, Dev Ops, and Continuous Delivery, as well as experience with agile project management tools and ALM software (e.g., Jira, Rally, Version One, Codebeamer).
• SAFe experience: Proven experience as a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), Release Train Engineer (RTE), or similar roles, plus experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master is advantageous.
• Customer focus: Excellent communication skills in conveying complex technical concepts clearly and building trusting relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Flexible team player: High adaptability and ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Language skills: Very good German and good English skills.
