Overview
We're looking for a motivated (Junior) CRM Manager to join Vitamin Express and support the growth of our customer retention and lifecycle communication. You’ll work closely with our CRM team on building and optimizing automated flows, managing newsletter campaigns, improving segmentation, and analyzing performance to strengthen customer engagement.
You’ll start with hands-on operational tasks such as building email campaigns, setting up A/B tests, and preparing customer journeys. As you develop your skills, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of full CRM projects, contribute to strategic decisions, and help shape the future of our customer communication.

Your Responsibilities- Support in building, testing, and optimizing CRM campaigns (email, Whats App)
- Contribute to the development of customer journeys and lifecycle flows
- Create and maintain segments and analyze campaign performance
- Execute newsletters, automations, and A/B tests
- Collaborate closely with content, design, data, and product teams
- Take ownership of smaller CRM projects with the opportunity to grow quickly
- 1–2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, digital marketing, webshop management, or similar (internships and working student roles count).
- Initial experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing – from internships, working student roles, or early career positions
- Understanding of key KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, retention, AOV, etc.
- Affinity for data, segmentation, and testing
- Enjoyment of copywriting, personalization, and customer-centric communication
- Structured, reliable working style and willingness to take on responsibility
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Emarsys, Klaviyo, Hub Spot, Salesforce) is a plus, not a requirement
- Excellent German and good English skills
