Responsibilities:

• Advising management on information security issues and providing regular and event-related reporting to management.
• Partially project-related deployment as an external ISB for customers (nationwide).
• Establishment, control and coordination of a security process.
• Establishment and maintenance of an appropriate management system (ISMS).
• Preparation and publication of guidelines as well as policies and regulations on information security in coordination with management.
• Identification, analysis and assessment of risks regarding information security (confidentiality, availability, integrity).
• Support all projects and employees of the organization regarding information security issues.
• Investigation, reporting and processing of information security-relevant events/incidents.
• Initiation, control and documentation of information security measures taken.
• Initiation and management of awareness-raising and training measures on information security.
• Support in the creation of emergency and recovery plans.
• Cooperation with other officers (e.g. data protection).
• Regular participation in professional training courses on information security.

Skills/Must have:

• Experience and knowledge (qualifications) in both the areas of information security and IT
• Experience with the application of the following standards: ISO 27001, BSI standards and IT basic protection, TISAX, B3S in healthcare
• Strong management understanding and the ability to solve technical issues with the respective employees
• You should be able to think very well in terms of processes in order to understand all processes in the company and then protect them
• Leadership skills in introducing information security rules and best practices in the organization
• Experience / skills in project management
• Strong communication skills in order to be able to convey the meaning and necessity of the requirements and measures related to information security to all those involved
• Conflict and assertiveness combined with a healthy mix of diplomacy
