The role Salesforce & CRM Specialist (m/f/x) focuses on the deployment, optimization, and performance management of Salesforce solutions across multiple markets. You will enable data-driven customer engagement by combining project coordination, CRM analytics, and dashboard management.

• Support the implementation and operation of Salesforce solutions across markets, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards to track CRM performance and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize CRM processes and support multi-market initiatives
• Assist with project coordination, documentation, and scheduling

• University degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
• Practical experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• Experience supporting system operations and process optimization, ideally across multiple markets
• Ability to create dashboards, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for decision-making
• Strong project management and organizational skills, familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Understanding of data quality, integrity, and privacy compliance
