UX​/UI Designer

We are a fully remote, dynamic software engineering agency specializing in developing innovative, data-driven solutions tailored to the unique needs of our clients. This is a full-time remote role for a UI/UX Designer in Germany. We are looking for a candidate with a strong design background in business-to-business applications, big data, business intelligence systems, supply chain management platforms, or financial applications.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences across multiple products. You'll play a crucial role in shaping and scaling our product with focus on systematic, technology-informed, and data-driven product design.

• User Research
  :
  Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions and improve product experiences.
• Design Systems
  :
  Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
• UI Design
  :
  Develop visually appealing and functional user interfaces, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
• UX Strategy
  :
  Define user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns that enhance user experience.
• Collaboration
  :
  Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.
• Prototyping: Create low and high-fidelity prototypes to define the vision and execution of solving real user problems for our international customer base.
• Design Innovation
  :
  Stay updated with UX trends and best practices, bringing innovative solutions to our projects.

• Experience
  :
  At least 5 years in UI/UX design roles working with complex digital products, such as business intelligence platforms, supply chain management systems, financial applications, and enterprise SaaS applications. A strong portfolio showcasing your work and problem-solving approach is required.
• Design Skills
  :
  Proven experience across all design phases, including conducting user research, developing prototypes, crafting visual designs, and conducting usability testing.
• Analytical Skills
  : A practical understanding of the impact of design on product metrics and user behavior, illustrated through case studies.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Proficient in Figma. Experience with collaborative and workflow management tools such as Miro and Jira.

  Confident in managing your workload and projects autonomously in a remote setting.

  Full professional fluency in English (C1+) required. German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
