Sales Manager; m​/f​/d

The challenge

We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager who can run a full end-to-end product design process by discovering user problems, creating meaningful solutions (UX + UI) and prepare production-ready designs. Our small product team is highly collaborative, driven by excellence, and pushes for innovation.

We will give you full ownership over the user experience for our mobile B2B & B2C apps on iOS & Android. This will include two parts:

• building an all new B2C app for applicants from scratch (80%)
• maintaining and improving the existing B2B app for recruiters (20%)

• Discovering problems, opportunities and challenges
  • for both user and business needs
• Conducting research:
  • Prepare and facilitate user interviews
  • Analyze competition and watch design trends
  • Dive into internal data
• Delivering outstanding design solutions:
  • Conducting ideation in order to find the best solution
  • Create, test and improve your concepts until you reach an effective solution
  • Apply visual design and create high fidelity prototypes where needed
  • Help preparing stories with production-ready assets for development
• Partnering with:
  • product management to understand strategy, industry and business needs
  • peers in the design squad to provide a consistent designacross all our products
  • engineering to ensure a smooth product development process

• 5+ years of Product Design experience in product companies
• Proven ability to design valuable solutions for complex product problems
• Experience in designing web apps (mobile & desktop) and native apps (iOS & Android)
• Basic understanding of SaaS solutions that combines both B2B and B2C contexts
• Solid set of UX methodologies to facilitate design workshops, doing product discovery, user interviews and running UX in agile environments
• An effective problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail, strong communication, and organizational skills
• Open design feedback culture
• Fluent spoken and written English
