💼 About the RoleWe are looking for a Transformation Program Director to lead our most strategic customer relationships and AI‑driven transformation initiatives. This is a front‑line leadership role for someone who thrives at the intersection of AI, consulting, and enterprise change, owning the vision, value realization, and long‑term success of flagship accounts.
You will spearhead customer transformations powered by our agentic automation platform, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders while orchestrating delivery across product, engineering, and services. Beyond execution, you will shape account strategy, unlock measurable business value, and co‑create the future of our platform based on real customer needs.
This is not a delivery‑only role; it is a leadership seat at the center of customer impact, product evolution, and company growth, where you are accountable for deploying cutting‑edge AI technology and driving transformations that will meaningfully reshape how enterprises operate for years to come.
🔥 Key Responsibilities Account & Transformation Leadership- Own the end-to-end transformation vision for strategic customer accounts, from initial ambition through multi‑year execution.
- Act as the senior, forward‑deployed leader for accounts—partnering with executive stakeholders to define priorities, success metrics, and long‑term roadmaps.
- Lead customer enablement, adoption, and expansion, ensuring our platform becomes mission‑critical to how clients operate.
- Carry accountability for the commercial health and growth of accounts, contributing meaningfully to revenue through value realization and expansion.
- Oversee complex, multi‑workstream transformation programs spanning AI, automation, data, and operations.
- Establish strong governance, delivery cadence, and executive‑level reporting—ensuring clarity, momentum, and accountability.
- Anticipate risks, remove blockers, and make decisive trade‑offs to keep programs delivering against strategic goals.
- Lead cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver outcomes—not just outputs.
- Ensure deployments of our agentic automation platform deliver real, defensible business impact, not surface‑level automation.
- Push beyond “requirements met” to outcomes like straight‑through processing, decision automation, and scalable operating leverage.
- Define, track, and continuously validate value metrics with customers, tying technology deployment directly to business performance.
- Serve as a critical feedback loop between customers and the Product team,
co‑shaping the product roadmap based on real‑world usage and unmet needs. - Identify patterns across accounts that can be transformed into repeatable, productized capabilities.
- Bring a pioneering mindset, helping define what the next generation of AI‑powered enterprise platforms should look like.

- 10+ years of experience in consulting, transformation leadership, or complex technology programs, ideally in enterprise or high‑growth environments.
