To elevate the finance function and support the next phase of strategic growth, we are seeking a Head of Finance (m/f/d) who combines financial expertise, leadership excellence, and a passion for building high‑performing structures in a purpose‑driven environment.

In this role, you will take full ownership of the company’s financial management and act as a strategic sparring partner to the executive leadership team. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s future — through robust financial analyses, clearly structured processes, and an engaged team.

Your key responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Guide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning; develop reliable business cases that support strategic decisions and growth opportunities.
• Transfer Pricing & Consolidation: Ensure a scalable and transparent financial model through consistent consolidation and optimized transfer pricing structures across entities.
• Reporting & Accounting Excellence: Oversee monthly and annual financial statements; establish high‑quality reporting and lead continuous improvements of accounting processes.
• Digitalization & IT Transformation: Lead the ERP implementation and advance the digital evolution of finance; coordinate external IT partners to ensure a robust systems landscape.
• Leadership & Organizational Development: Lead and develop the finance team, enhance structures, and drive a culture of ownership, efficiency, and financial excellence.

You are a seasoned finance leader with the ability to balance strategic thinking with operational pragmatism.

Your profile:

• A degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in strategic finance roles (e.g., Controlling, FP&A) within the FMCG industry
• Strong analytical capabilities paired with entrepreneurial drive and a hands‑on mindset
• Confidence, communication strength, and curiosity to challenge and evolve the status quo
• Project management experience; ideally exposure to ERP implementations
• Excellent English skills;
  German is beneficial
