We are committed to providing high-quality care and support to our residents. We seek an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing assignments, scheduling, and coordination of care.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff (registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants) to ensure high-quality care.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs, monitor care delivery, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and educational programs to enhance nursing practice and resident care.
