Located at 212 Ellen St., Oneonta, our facility is committed to providing high-quality care and support to our residents. We are currently hiring for a full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor position. Experienced RNs with leadership skills and a passion for excellence in nursing care are encouraged to apply.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursing department, including staffing assignments, scheduling, and coordination of care.
• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
• Conduct regular rounds to assess resident needs, monitor care delivery, and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and educational programs to enhance nursing practice and resident care.
