Route Service Representative
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts within the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. The role is physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor.
Key Responsibilities- Face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
- Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, and work professionally and safely.
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
- Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification.
- At least 21 years of age and able to meet physical requirements.
- High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
- Strong customer service orientation, self-motivation, teamwork, positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
- DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing >10,000 lbs.
