Your PurposeAs the Business Solutions Architect – Enterprise Applications, you’ll own the health, stability, and continuous improvement of Dynamic's enterprise-wide business platforms. You’ll ensure systems such as ERP, CRM, financial platforms, and reporting tools are reliable, well-governed, and delivering real business value—partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Operations, and Technology teams. Your work will help simplify complexity, improve decision‑making, and ensure the systems that run the business are scalable, efficient, and ready for what’s next.

- Manage and resolve tickets related to system issues, integrations, data concerns, and user support
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enhancements and process improvements
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience
- Support testing, deployment, and adoption of system updates and enhancements
- Maintain system documentation, governance standards, and change management practices
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support reporting, analytics, and enterprise initiatives
- Associate degree in computer science, management information systems, or a business‑related field (Additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education)
- 3-7 years of experience supporting or maintaining enterprise business applications
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, financial systems, or enterprise reporting tools
