Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 10 IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management
  • Oversee all IT operations and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Manage the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, including implementation, customization, and ongoing support
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost‑effective allocation of resources
  • Create and execute strategic IT plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Implement and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security protocols
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware, software, and support services
  • Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery planning and backup systems
  • Provide leadership during technology projects and system implementations
  • Monitor and report on IT performance metrics and KPIs
Preferred Experience / Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in IT management or leadership roles
  • Strong background in IT budgeting, planning, and resource management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams
  • Experience with enterprise infrastructure, networking, and security
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Microsoft certifications) are a plus
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools
