Gundersen Health System is seeking a Patient Services Specialist to join our growing and thriving organization! The Patient Services Specialist provides superior face-to-face customer service in greeting and assisting patients, family, visitors and internal customers. They perform an important role in facilitating the patient experience by promoting a patient and family centered atmosphere throughout the check in/out process.

• Greeting and assisting patients, families, visitors and internal customers to promote a patient- and family-centered atmosphere during the check-in and check-out process.

• 0.5 FTE, 40 hours every two weeks

• Shift: Monday (4 hours), Tuesday, Friday;
  Wednesday and Thursday off.

• Location: Onalaska, WI

• Starting pay of $17.54/hour + more for experience!

• High School Diploma or equivalency

• 6 months experience in an office setting requiring customer service responsibilities

• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and technical/computer skills

• Friendly personality and passion for connecting with/helping people
