Resident Care Assistant - Float RCA

Overview

Eagle Crest Communities is seeking a Floating Resident Care Assistant (RCA) to join our facilities located in Onalaska, Holmen, and La Crosse, WI. The RCA supports residents with personal care related to physical, emotional and spiritual needs, activities of daily living, and social activities while helping residents maintain independence and dignity. Positions are available in full-time and part-time formats with various shifts.

• Fill shifts in one or more locations, including short-notice assignments at other facilities as needed.
• Fill in for vacations, leaves, vacancies, and/or call-ins.
• Learn and assist in our communities throughout the La Crosse, Holmen, and Onalaska area.
• Provide dressing, bathing and bathroom assistance.
• Transport residents to meals and activities, document daily care, and perform related tasks.
• Communicate with residents, families, and other departments to promote resident safety and well-being.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in assisted living, long-term care and/or community health is preferred.

• Starting rates between $18.00 and $22.00+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with increases after orientation and regular wage reviews.
• Night Shift differential: +$3.00/hour;
  Weekend Differential: +$2.00/hour.
• PM differentials vary by care unit.

• Previous direct care experience, preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training and/or experience.
• CBRF Certification(s).

• At 50+ hours/pay period:
